Prepare the Flour on a clean surface, making a crater in the middle, then mix in the Olive Oil.
Then you have to divide it up either into large/small buns, or placing in Bread Tins. (The amounts given should fill two Bread Tins.) Lay buns on a baking tray and let them rise once again.
Start the BBQ and raise the temperature to 200-220 deg Centigrade.
When you reach the temperature required, place the rolls/bread tins in the BBQ.
Cook for 12 minutes, (Bread Tins should take a further 5 minutes) (17minutes).
|General Purpose Flour (or Bread Flour)|
|1 Tablespoon||Olive Oil|
|300 ml.||Tepid Water|
|You may add dried fruit such as Sultanas, Raisins.|
