10 Rack ‘Gas’ fired Smoker, for those that prefer the convenience of Gas over Charcoal fired. Gas model has stainless smoking box for smoking pellets, or wood chips; so no smoke flavor will be lost.

Relative costs: With a combination of dedicated rib-racks / standard flat racks price will be reduced or increased relative to rack style and number desired. Your preference may be discussed at time of inquiry.
